• We accept returns only for goods that have been delivered in a broken or damaged state. Change of mind refunds/returns are not permitted.

• Requests for a refund or return due to breakage or damage must be reported to Nepal Sahitya within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including wrappers, boxes, and the receipt provided during delivery.

Processing Time and Charges

• Nepal Sahitya may take up to 30 days to process returns and refunds from the date the returned item is received.
• While return shipping is generally free of charge, if the return is from a remote location where our standard delivery is not available, additional charges may apply. We strive to minimize any additional costs to you.

Refund Method

• In cases where an item is broken or damaged, we prioritize replacing the item with a new one instead of offering a refund.
• If you choose to return an item without exchanging, we will refund only the product price paid. Delivery charges incurred will not be refunded.

Exclusions

• Items that are personalized, digital downloads, or gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• We do not accept returns for any product that has been damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery.
